We use either Australia Post or courier to deliver your order depending on package size and delivery location.

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses in Australia. The locations we deliver to may change from time to time. Please contact our customer service sales@thegiftclub.com.au to find out if we deliver to your location. We do not ship to addresses outside of Australia.

Order processing

An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after you submit your order. We will process your order within 3 days of receipt provided all the information is valid.

Standard Delivery

We offer free of charge shipping for orders over $100.00. Orders under $50.00 a flat rate of $20 will be charged per order.

Express Delivery

We offer Express Delivery. This will be calculated at checkout.

FAQ’s

How will my order be delivered?

-          We use Australia Post to deliver your purchased items. In some instances we may use a courier and is dependent on the product purchased.

How can I track my order?

-          Details of your order will be emailed to you. Another convenient way to track the progress of your order is to login to your Account to find the tracking details.

Can I pick up my order?

-          Unfortunately we do not offer a pickup facility. Should you wish to receive your purchased goods quicker, we recommend Express delivery.

Can I have my item delivered to a P.O Box?

-          Yes, we can.

How long will it take to be delivered?

- Depending on your address, we anticipate an average delivery time between 3-5 days up to a maximum of 8 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this timeframe, please contact us urgently.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are always happy to see the customer's point of view and genuinely upset if a customer has any reason to feel unhappy or dissatisfied with the products or service they receive.

We do everything we can do to ensure we send you the gifts you require in perfect condition by the date you require them.

However, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order or customer service experience, and the problem is our fault or the fault of our freight provider we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged goods, Incorrect or missing goods, goods not as described

Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Failure to report a damaged item will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.  We comply with Australian consumer law.  Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer a full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.

Mis-Entered Delivery Details

If you have entered the delivery details incorrectly, we will help arrange re-delivery to the correct address at your own expense. If as a result of incorrect delivery details a parcel is returned to us by the Post Office or one of our courier firms, we can arrange redelivery to the correct address for payment of a further standard shipping charge.

Refunds will not be issued for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.

Returning Goods

When you are asked to return goods by our customer service, the information we need is:

  •        Your name & order number
  •        Written confirmation of the items to be returned
  •        Reason for the return
  •        Request for refund or replacement as appropriate

Where possible, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable, and products are to be returned at the customer's own risk.

The product should be returned to us within 14 days of confirmation from our customer service team.

Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately on sales@thegiftclub.com.au before the item is shipped as once it is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
